Writers Wanted

Hi there

I'm an English University student and I'm keen to bring writers together to work on scripts and various other projects. I don't claim to be a professional writer though one day I would like to be. I would particularly like to focus on writing scripts and maybe sending them off to different places, as I don't feel there are very many group opportunities for script writers.

I originally thought of this idea a while back but had to postpone it due to other commitments but I received a lot of interest and now I have time to really work on setting it up. It doesn't matter how much experience you have or whether you are at Uni, just as long as you have a passion for writing and like working with others and sharing your ideas.

I think a first initial meet up would be a good idea, perhaps this Sunday to go fro a drink and get to know everyone but please email me your interest and whether you are available then. If not I could always maybe meet you in two groups. You won't have to bring anything with you as its purely just to meet people and discuss the kind of writing you like to do.
