Leeds City Centre based solicitors practice require an experienced RTA Litigation Fee Earner to strengthen their existing team.

The role will be to handle RTA claims from notification through to settlement or litigation, dealing with all aspects of the claim. This will involve reviewing the circumstances of the claim and making firm decisions and on liability. Further dealing with the claim will involve drafting and issuing legal proceedings, preparing witness statements, pursuing settlement of client’s claims, liaising with third parties, courts, insurers and other solicitors in a professional manner.

The successful applicant must have an excellent knowledge of law and related procedure in pursuing RTA Personal Injury claims on behalf of claimants, good knowledge of court rules and the litigation procedure in the fast track together with a good knowledge of the untraced and uninsured drivers agreement

You must be a strong communicator, negotiator and be able to manage your own caseload whilst ensuring that the clients claim is dealt with in an efficient manner in the least amount of time.
