Due to continued growth an international market leading brand are looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant on a contract basis for their site in Leeds. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated accounts team where duties include: Bank reconciliations, month end accruals & prepayments, inter company accounting & recharging, fixed asset accounting, VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, Sales analysis & other financial reports. You will ideally have experience within a similar role, able to work to tight deadlines & be used to working (or can adapt to working) in a fast paced environment. Candidates will need to be team players & confidently be able to communicate with internal & external contacts. The ideal candidate will posses strong Excel skills and be qualified or part qualified CIMA, ACCA or QBE or equivalent.
