Young student writer seeks room in house flat

Hi, my name is Chris and i'm a 19 year old male from Ireland. Basically, i'm on a gap year after attending university last year. Currently, I'm a practising writer until i return to university next September. However, i feel that it would be beneficial if i were to leave my cramped house in a nasty little village and go elsewhere. I've been looking at options in England and Leeds came to the fore immediately.

I am seeking a room in a flat or house, preferably with mixed gender. I'm quite a quiet sod so i'm highly unlikely to be a disturbing presence, nor will i be intrusive, noisy or unruly in any way. I would prefer to be close to the city centre and for the rent to be around the £50pw mark....although, beggars, choosers.
