My client is a local care provider that is undergoing a number of changes while specialising in the care of the elderly. They have a reputation for high levels of staff retention and are making ongoing training a priority.
The successful candidate will be an RGN with previous experience of management in a nursing home environment.

The role will require the supervision of all nursing and care staff, assisted by a deputy, and the day to day running of this 70 bedded home.

This position is a challenging one and will provide huge job satisfaction for the candidate with the skills to make this opportunity their own.
