Hi there

I have a lovely room to rent in a terraced house in the heart of Chapel Allerton. It’s located in a very quaint little street just behind The Olive Tree and Further North bar, just 10 mins on the bus from the centre of Leeds.

The house is newly refurbished throughout – the bedroom that I have to rent is small but with lots of storage space, and it has a 3/4 sized bed with extra drawers underneath it. It also has a massive window overlooking the garden/patio outside so it’s always very bright!

The kitchen is very spacious with a big solid oak table (perfect for dinner parties!) and has all the mod cons – dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, and plenty of utensils will be available for you to use. The living room is also very bright and cosy with wooden floors, a central fireplace and lovely brand new sofas. The house is fully equipped with cable TV and wi-fi throughout as well as a phoneline. Likewise the bathroom is very bright and brand new!

The garden/patio outside is very cute and it looks after itself which is a bonus! It's perfect for bbqs during the summer. There’s also a huge cellar for extra storage space if you need it – I have no way near filled it yet!

Here's a little bit about me - I'm a 27 year old girl and I work in marketing. I love to travel, play tennis and squash, cinema, socialising, cooking etc. I am currently living with 2 other girls who are both lovely but Helen is unfortunately moving back into the flat that she owns at the end of November. You would therefore be joining myself and my housemate Marianne who is working as a French assistant at a local school. We're looking to live with someone else who's fairly independent but who would also like to socialise with the people they live with and watch the odd film together with a glass of wine or go out for a few drinks in Chapel A!
