Our client, a fantastic hotel set in its own grounds near the town centre, is seeking a senior Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen.

You will be from a Four Star background at Sous Chef level, with experience of large conference and banqueting, and also busy restaurant kitchens.

You will have a grasp of kitchen finances, and be experience in staff training.

In return, they are offering a competitive salary and live in accommodation if required.
