Its simple we are a couple living in the UK and we have bought some land in Bodrum Turkey to build our dream villa. We have since discovered we have in fact bought 2 plots and can build 4 apartmemts.

We already have researched architects and have chosen what we consider the best in the area we have reciepts for land purchase and all the documentation to show local council permission to build plus the architect plans. Construction started in Novemer 07 .

The apartments will be 15 mins from a 1km long very natural beach and have views of the sae and surrounding hills. They will also have balconies big enough to enjoy all your meals on! The standard of build is comparable to that in the UK

We are determined to prove you dont have to buy or go go through big companies and spend extra money to have your own place in the sun - cheap!
