Our client, a recently refurbished boutique hotel on the outskirts of Leeds is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie.

They are a modern business hotel, with an excellent restaurant, conference and banqueting facilities, and a civil wedding licence.

They are seeking a candidate with at least a years' experience at Chef de partie level, a good knowledge of fresh produce, and the willing and work ethic to improve on this venue's reputation.

A driving licence is preferable for this role, as the venue is difficult to reach via public transport.
