Bar manager required for the Suburban Bar and Bistro in Chapel Allerton. This is not your standard bar manager position.
The successful applicant must understand the importance of customer focus, exceptional service standards and exceeding guests expectations at all times.
Previous experience and a proven track record in quality venue management is essential, you will need to be a professional hands on person, well organised, passionate and a great motivator with excellent people management skills and the ability to inspire the team.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the bar and you must be able to follow company policies, procedures and standards.
