Billing Clerk

Due to continued expansion my client is currently looking to recruit an additional team member for their billings team. The role will report directly into the billing manager and be responsible for accurate billing information in order to improve payment and revenue procedures.

The role will involve:
Resolving billing queries on customer account
Liaising directly with internal teams in order to resolve customer queries and implement any account modifications
Assist in month end billing
Raising invoices, credit notes and monthly statement to customers

The ideal candidate will have previous billing experience, have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to solve problems and resolve queries. Candidates will ideally have strong excel skills and be computer literate.
