Taskmaster Resources LTD is an independent recruitment business / agency with a network of branches across the UK. Due to expansion we are looking to employ a sales focused recruitment consultant to further develop our temporary and permanent commercial business in Leeds.

Duties:

· Market research
· Telemarketing
· Direct mailing
· Client visits
· Placing job adverts
· Registrations
· Interviews
· Assessment of skills
· Referencing
· Negotiating fees

Skills, abilities & experience required:

· Must be pro-active and self – motivated
· Recruitment industry experience required
· Must have excellent communication skills
· Must have excellent customer focus skills
· Must be able to build excellent client relationships
· Must be able to build excellent candidate relationships
· You will need to be able to hit the ground running and be able to multitask
