I have a fantastic room available in a house with 4 other students. Only £65 per week including all bills (inc Broadband) and NO DEPOSIT TO PAY. November's rent has already been paid as well

The room is available immediately and the tenancy ends at the end of June 2010. This really is fantastic value.

The house is located at 80 Kirkstall Lane, Leeds, which is directly across from Headingly train station - so very good location (5 minute walk from Morrisons and into Headingly. 20minute walk into the city centre or 5 minutes on the train).

The house itself is MASSIVE, and after looking at LOADS this one was by far our favourite. Has a large living room and kitchen, both with a fireplace, two bathrooms (one for the guys, one for the girls), one with shower one with a large corner bath. 5 big bedrooms and one HUGE loft conversion bedroom! Plus a cool basement we were planning on making a venue for the occasional party.

The rent on the house includes ALL bills (water, gas, electric, TV license, insurance and Broadband internet). The rent is roughly £65 per week and is payable quarterly.

The other housemates are 2 girls studying Law, and 2 Guys (both studying Business), all going into the final year, and I can say they are a very friendly, tidy and clean group of people who love to have a good time but also do work when needed to.
