Job Description

As Chef DE Partie you will be responsible for the day to day running of a section, reporting to the Head Chef and producing the A La Carte menu to a high standard. The menu offers a range of classic British food with a twist, 100% fresh local produce as well as specials. Note-able advantages to the job include

Required Experience

* 1 years experience in previous role as Chef De Partie
* NVQ Level 1 + 2 * Experience working with fresh produce

Salary

The starting salary for this role is £14,000- £16,000 depending on experience, tips are very good and a performance related bonus scheme is in place.
