1 Double-room available in nice 3-bed house, located just a few minutes away from trendy Chapel Allerton centre, where there are a few pubs, bars and restaurants. Good public transport to Leeds city centre (10 mins on bus and inside green-zone).

Full access to house and gardens. House is generally well decorated throughout. Cool living room with comfy sofas, widescreen TV, cable, PS2 and NINTENDO Wii. Kitchen has huge cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. Also have wireless broadband. Parking available on street. The house is usually clean and tidy so looking for someone who's willing to do their fair share.

I'm a 29 year-old guy, non-smoker, and work full-time. Fairly easy-going and laid back. My interests include playing football, going to the gym, watching movies, relaxing in front of the tv with beer/wine, going out to pubs/bars - all the usual stuff.
There is also a 23 year-old girl renting one of the other rooms.
