The tutor is Ianto Thornber, author of THE DJEMBE GUIDE, who has been teaching Djembe for more than 15 years. Also we have a monthly visit from Guinean Master Iya Sako who played for many years in Guinea with Famadou Konate.
Rhythms are mainly Mandinka from Guinea, including djembe, djundjuns, chekere, & bell parts at the upper level.
