£23-28K DOE + Bonus + 32 days holiday including bank holidays.

We provide specialist Residential care for people with Learning Disabilities and accompanying complex needs or challenging behaviour. Our service will accommodate fifteen adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The service shall be split across six separate individualised houses.

The Registered service has been completely refurbished with fantastic modern facilities. It is in a pleasant location within large grounds yet close to the city centre.

As the Team Manager you will take responsibility for all aspects of developing and managing a new specialist Residential Learning disabilities Service. The Unit Manager will assist the Registered Manager in the day to day running of half of the service as well as half a large staff team of around 40/50 staff.

As the Team Manager you will work mainly Monday to Friday a mixture of roster and supernumerary shifts. You will also share some on call duties as part of this role. You will have significant experience of working with this client group, have worked in a supervisory or management role and be looking to develop your career in this sector. As the Unit Manager of this Learning Disabilities service you will either hold or be prepared to work towards NVQ Level 4 - Registered Managers Award.
