We are a couple (professional & mature student) looking for a 1-3 bedroom furnished house/flat.Our requirements are as follows:

- close to the University OR WITHIN EXCELLENT PUBLIC TRANSPORT DISTANCE
- small garden (front, back or both)
- landlord should allow a tiny very well trained dog (tiny= less than 2 kg / 4.5 lbs)
- house/flat must be clean and tidy as we are very tidy persons

What we can give
- we are ready to move in from 01/09
- excellent references of both us and the dog
- we can consider paying bigger deposit because of the dog if needed
