They are looking for a head chef:

- with a balance of both quality and branded volume experience,
- with excellent cooking and kitchen management skills,
- with sound financial experience

Although a branded operation, our client creates a blend of quality and and volume, and with this in mind, we are looking for a candidate with experience of this nature.
