A leading multi-national energy supplier, based in Leeds, is recruiting top telesales executives to join their outbound team.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for outbound sales, lead generation and the development of new business (gas and electricity) from direct customers and following up activity from targeted marketing campaigns.
The job holder, utilising an electricity / gas matrix or bespoke' pricing, will negotiate to complete new business with maximum margins and within credits risk/payment term rules,
The job holder will ensure that all essential operational and process issues are followed and completed in a quality and timely manner.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals to demonstrate their ability and knowledge in outbound sales and to build a new career.

To be successful in this role you must have:
· A proven track record in direct sales over the phone
· Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
· Excellent Sales and negotiation skills
· Good telephone manner
· A logical thought process to negotiate & sell
· A proven track record in generating leads
· Ability to show personal development within a sales environment
· Computer literate
· Excellent organisational skills to manage calls, maintain records, notes and a diary
· Ability to work on own, demonstrating drive and initiative
· Team player, willing to share ideas and techniques with other team colleagues
