3 bed house wanting a 4 bed house

I am wanting an exchange from my 3 bed house in Whinmoor as I need a 4 bed house. I live in a nice quiet area close to shops, schools, doctors, bus routes etc. My house was remodernised this year. Have had full rewire, new fitted kitchen, combi boiler fitted, walls insulated, new windows and doors. I have a small garden to the back of the house and a good sized garden at the front of the house. I have a very large through lounge (plenty of room for a dining area). Bedrooms are all a good size and all have built in wardrobes. Also have a guest toilet downstairs.
