SNO!zone Castleford are currently recruiting a Customer Service Manager who will manage and lead a team of Customer Service Providers and contribute to the delivery of growth in line with targets and KPI’s and to ensure that revenue is increased and overheads managed in accordance with budgeting requirements.

Duties will include:

• Implementation and effective management of all administration procedures relating to the Service Department.
• To ensure staff rotas reflect operational requirement thus providing optimum service levels at all times.
• Appraisal and performance measurement of all service staff
• Implementation and assistance with all booking processes and X-book functions
• Implementation and co-ordination of all switchboard functions, controls and processes
• To actively encourage effective, constructive and honest two-way communication within the team and other areas of the operation.
