We have 2 lovely double rooms available in a 3 bed maisonette close to Park Lane College and Leeds Infirmary. We're looking for someone to take over our rooms for the summer at least, maybe longer as we're both going travelling. Angie's room, the smaller, will be available indefinitely as she has a job up north on her return. Ideally you'll be sociable, tidy, laid back and able to get along with anyone. Preferably a non-smoker, but other than that we're pretty open-minded. Gender, sexuality and age are irrelevant as long as you get on with the others in the flat :) You'll also have to like cats as we have two, Knickers and Lyla. The house is very homely, with a spacious lounge (leather sofas , flat screen tV) and modern kitchen. We have wireless broadband internet access, cable TV and dvd recorder and we've all got double beds. There's a little patio area to the side of the house for use in summer. The rooms are available for £350 pcm and £400 inclusive of all bills, even the cable, broadband and council tax so there are no bills to worry about. Furniture in the rooms consists of double bed with ultra comfy mattresses, walk in wardrobe in the larger room and in the smaller room pine drawers and canvas wardrobe.
