I am looking to create a purpose built dance studio in Leeds city centre. I want somewhere that will wllow us to leave our poles up permanently (they are easy to work around, especially as an office environment during the day) and that is a minimum of 800 sq ft area.

If possible it would be great to have our own studio however I would also be happy to share with another business during the working hours as most of our work runs from 6pm-10pm evenings and Saturday afternoons/early evenings on occasion.

If we are unable to find our own studio a dance studio already in use would be just as good for our classes so long as the poles could be left either up or in one piece as they take a few minutes to put together.

I would like somewhere that I could hold a key to in order to gain access if anything is ever needed from the premises and would be happy to work out any security procedures that were needed.
