I have a double room available in a terrace house in Wortley (LS12). The house is situated 10 minutes from the city centre and on a main bus route into the centre. There are local shops only across the road and a supermarket just 5 minutes away.

The prospective tennant will have access to the Bathroom, Living Room and Kitchen including Washing Machine, Oven etc, shared with a female land lady.
