Experienced Sales Ledger - Sales Invoicing - Billings Clerk Required
Well established and recession proof business in Leeds is currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger - Invoicing - Billings Clerk. This is a newly created job which demands up to date and Billings or Sales Invoicing experience.

This is a team based job working within a friendly billings and finance department. Other job duties may include ad-hoc accounts work as and when needed.
Job duties include:
- Raising billings ( high volume )on a daily basis
- Verifying charges, printing billings and sending to clients
- Producing customer statements
- Dealing with all billings queries
- Raising credit notes
- Producing billings reports at month end
- Liaising with other departments including all UK sites and finance to resolve invoice ( billings ) disputes
- Working on in-house billings system and Excel

Skills required for the job:
- Must have sales ledger, sales invoicing or billings experience
- Must be a team player
- Must have good IT skills
