Part Time Credit Controller - Credit Control - Leeds

This is a brand new job opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller who is looking for part time hours ( 20 - 25 hours per week ). This job has been created due to an increase in business and to assist the current credit control team with the chasing of commercial debt.

Job details:

- Managing own set of customer accounts

- Chasing £100,000s in commercial and corporate debt for a number of UK sites

- Producing letters and statements and sending to clients

- Liaising with customers and building strong working relationships

- Allocation of monies

- Raising of manual invoices and credit notes

- Monitoring credit limits on accounts

- Putting accounts on stop

- Query resolution

- Other ad-hoc sales ledger duties

- Hours: ideally 20 hours per week ( could increase to 25 over time ) - flexible when worked

Skills required:

- MUST have recent credit control experience

- MUST be experienced in chasing debt from wide range of clients

- Experience of working on Sage would be advantageous

- Must be professional and able to communicate at all levels
