Robert Half International are currently recruiting for a credit controller based in Leeds city centre. This role is on a 6 month fixed term contract and there is a possibility that the position will become permanent after this. This contract position is is working within an EMEA corporate management team and will be responsible for the AR function of a single blue chip client within the UK. The role will be to work as part of an established team and within a corporate services environment. The key duties will include: daily credit control covering 450 tenants; administering payment plans and legal action; creation and circulation of pre-demand schedules; preparation and issue of regular demands to tenants; ad-hoc interest and direct recoverables; reminder letters; assistance with debt analysis schedules and ad-hoc duties that may arise from time to time. The applicant will have suitable experience in one or more of the following areas: minimum of 1 years experience in similar role; Property experience; use of a property management system; advanced excel skills and MS Office, with an understanding of mail merging. This role requires a highly professional individual who is looking to work for a corporate established company.

The successful applicant can expect a salary of between £22,000 and £25,000 pro rota on an hourly basis.
