hi i have a room to let in a nice 3 bed split level design house,prof working people or mature students only please, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in woodhouse nr to meanwood road , nearest bus stop 2 mins,walking time to city,lgi,uni etc,15 mins,at mo 2 easy going guys here, im 41 but look 30 i wish, im into gym, motorbikes,football,guinness,laughing, i do various jobs ,rope access abseiling,construction type things,xmas lights etc, the other guy is similar age a teacher and fine fella too, he stays mon-thurs then away all wknd so the house is quiet as i work away alot also, the house is clean and tidy,double glazed,full central heating,garden,parking,broadband,fax/phone,snooker,my parents own this house so owt goes wrong its fixed or replaced its not ye typical tight rental property attitude here,bills are on top they are aprox £60 per month and a bond of £250, ok iv wrote a lot but im hoping iv answered a lot of questions, the room is ready now a couple of references and its yours, cheers for reading,carl.
