Vanguard SEO are looking for another PHP dev with a bit of search experience, by that we don’t mean that we want you to code the next Google (but if you can..), we mean a person who has a relative understanding of how search engines work.
You will be working with our team to build “cool stuff” by that we mean there will be some standard reporting systems in your day to day job but we’ve got some other projects which we think a coder will enjoy.
Our speciality is with SEO and PPC but we also handle Affiliate Marketing, Usability and Brand Management for some of our clients, your role will be to help us build tools, reporting and other applications to help our clients and team work better.
The application should have experience in
• PHP and MySQL
• cURL & SimpleXML
• The GD Library and graph generation (You’ve got to have pretty graphs in any application)
• XHTML + CSS
• Getting to work on time
As well as getting to work on “Cool Stuff”, we like to think we’ve got a pretty good office environment and have regular “nights out”. If you’ve got a good sense of humour you will definitely fit into this office.
