£40 a week (including rates)
Central location 5 minutes from Leeds train station
Secure storage in room

Space heater
Lots of space - each band has enough room to be set up all the time.
Available 24 hours although evening sessions must be arranged to fit in with the other 2 bands (each band generally has regular days and there's never been a problem co-ordinating)
