Lovely house in hyde park, close to thew sainsburies! also very close to burghly train station. 5 minute walk to leeds uni, 20 minute walk to both met campuses. perfect location as you have the best of both worls, city center and headingly, whatever takes your fancy :)

the house itself is a 5 bed house, there are currently 2 females living there who are very friendly, sociable and outgoing. they like to go out but also like their relaxing pygama days! :) there is a large eat in kitchen, for the chefs out there, and a large living room. 2 bathrooms, a basement for storage and a garden area for bbq's should the weather shape up! (keep your fingers crossed!) the room i am advertising is a large double room, located on the third floor so for those of you who like your long lie-ins i guarantee you wont be disturbed! but is also the perfect place for your studies as there are no distractions. The room also has a sink in it so you dont have to wander down the stairs to brush your teggies :)

also there is sky, wireless and a phone line, and rent is 76 pw, bills included!
