Seeking very good songwriter

Hi,

I'm an experienced songwriter working from home studio, writing in top 40 chart style and I am looking for another songwriter to collaborate with. I currently work with a number of local artists and pop groups but I would like to write with another talented musician/producer so that songs can be completed to top notch quality ready for publishing.

My list of desires are below, you don't have to have all of them but the more you do have the easier it will be to work together!

-Write in Pop/R&B style
-Play either Keyboard or Guitar (I play keys and have an extensive array of equipment and sounds)
- Knowledgeable about creating decent drum beats
- Uses (or knows how to use) Cubase (I'm using version 5)
