On half hourly bus route into Wakefield or Castleford & Leeds.Quiet semi-rural location.Have had two tenants in two years so people seem to be happy here.I'm an easy -going and tolerant person and get on well with all age groups (I'm a fifty year old female).I have two non-intrusive cats which, if you have a pet ,will adapt.I spend a couple of nights away each week and you can have the whole place to yourself. Stay over friends/partners are ok too within reason.I enjoy having a housemate sharing the house and understand the need for respect of other's privacy.
