An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Re-mortgage Paralegal
to join one of the most highly regarded law firms in the North of England.

Working from their Leeds office, you will be working as part of a team handling your own caseload of files. Responsibilities would include receiving new instructions, obtaining office copy entries, dealing with Transfers of Equity and checking lenders instructions. You will also be responsible for issuing documentation to borrowers, apply for searches, issuing final certificates and deal with registration of documents.

Applicants must have at least 12 months Re-mortgage experience and be capable of handling and managing their own caseload of matters from initial instruction though to Post Completion stage.
