We live in an attractive large Edwardian house in the leafy Roundhay area within walking distance of shops, restaurants in nearby Oakwood. We are a friendly household that enjoys socialising and having fun as well as respecting each others space and privacy.

We are both professional people and enjoy similiar interests. The room is tastefully appointed with the added attraction of period features such as cornices and an original fireplace. Whilst kitchen facilities are available the room is equipped with a microwave, fridge kettle, breakfast table and sandwich maker. The ensuite shower, WC and basin offer neccessary privacy.
