The word Reiki means 'Universal Energy' (known as 'ki' in Japan, 'chi' in China and 'prana' in India), which Eastern medicine has always recognized as flowing through all living beings and vital to wellbeing.

As a therapy and a personal development tool, Reiki is an effective and simple way of tapping into the life-force energy - activating it for the benefit of the receiver - stimulating the body's own natural healing potential. It is available to everyone because it is non-religious.

Reiki is a complementary, non-invasive method that can help heal a variety of illnesses - physical, emotional and mental.

Reiki involves the transfer of energy through the practitioner to client to enhance the body's natural ability to heal itself, through the balancing of energy. The Reiki energy has several basis effects: it brings about deep relaxation, removes energy blockages, detoxifies the system, provides new vitality in the form of healing universal life energy and increases the frequency of the body.

Reiki Attunements & Training Days

Usui Reiki Attunement Level 1

This level is the beginning. Through the first attunement you will be opened and connected to the Reiki energy. This attunement enables you to use Reiki on yourself, friends and family, pets, plants, etc. You will learn about the history of Reiki, chakras, the aura and also how to do self healing.

Usui Reiki Attunement Level 2

This level is the practitioner level. In this attuenment you will how to use the symbols of Reiki. You learn how to do distance healing and send Reiki to situations such as interviews and other important meetings or situations. This level needs to be attained if you wish to treat members of the public with Reiki healing and work as a Practitioner.

Usui Reiki Attunement Level 3

This is the Master level. In this attunement you will be given the Master symbol. This level needs to be attained if you wish to teach and attune others in Reiki.
