Marshall JCM2000 TSL 122 100W Combo Amp

This amp has really served me very well in many different genres. I've used it to play metal through to funk and jazz. It's incredibly loud and sounds great. Here are the features:

- 3 independent footswitchable channles - Clean, Crunch, Lead

- Each channel has its own volume, gain, treble, middle and bass

- Clean channel has an extra mid-boost (helps you cut through in a big band or great for jazz tones or that Fender twin sound

- Crunch and Lead channels have mid 'scoop' buttons

- Reverb is adjustable for each channel seperately and footswitchable.

- 2 fx loops are footswitchable with fx mix amount nob - very useful

- 4, 8 and 16ohm outputs for linking to a full stack or half stack or extension cab

- Emulated line out

- Output mute button

- Output half button - good at home

- 1 x 12 heritage celestion speaker and 1 x 12 vintage celestion speaker



This two speaker combo easily stands up to a full Marshall stack at gigs. I've never pushed it past 3 or 4 on the volume and thats in a metal band!

I added some wheels onto the bottom for ease of transit because it is pretty damn heavy. There is a scuff on the rear top right of the amp but as you'll see it won't cause any problems in how it works. It just looks like it's been used. Which it has.

These aren't the ones that came with the amp. I upgraded to these quite recently in order to find a more bluesy clean sound with a bit more bite and warmth. I got them at Hotrox in Nottingham.

The amp has been recently serviced for a recording session so all the bias is right and it sounds lovely. You only need to read reviews of it elsewhere to realise this is a bargain.

Although I've gigged it quite a lot I've always looked after it. Everything is in full working order and because of the tubes I bought, it sounds better than ever.
