We have a fantastic new permanent field management opportunity working for one of CPM’s most exciting clients – Microsoft.

What does the role involve?

As part of our dynamic team of Regional Field Managers you will be managing a team of both Retail Advisors and Guru’s, who are targeted to increase awareness, training and sales of all the Microsoft products in electrical retail outlets.

You will be responsible for:

• Effective day to day management of a team
• Measure and review the team’s performance against objectives and pro-actively manage any issues that may arise
• Establish a dynamic team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity
• Build effect relationships with client contact, head office and team
• Coach, train and develop a team to deliver on results & excellence in call

This role will rely on your communication, negotiation and analytical skills together with your ability to manage and motivate your team’s performance.

Remuneration:
Up to £25,000 plus 20% performance related bonus
