We need one more housemate to fill our 5 bedroomed house on Granby Terrace in Headingley. It is a few streets behind the Skyrack and a few minutes walk from the Original Oak.

The house has been newly refurbished with a new kitchen, a large lounge with two sofas, it has 2 bathrooms, central heating, double glazing, the rooms are all double with the attic room being exceptionally large.

The rent is £63 per week, which is paid quarterly and there is a bond of 350 pounds. Bills are paid separately but should not be too expensive.

So far the house has 3 girls,19,19,20 and 1 boy,19. All students going into our 2nd year of study doing various degrees from journalism and media to sport health and nutrition. We are all up for going out and having a laugh and all get on well.

The house comes with parking permits if you have a car.
