HEAD CHEF - LEEDS ASIAN FUSION RESTAURANT - £2500 PLUS BONUSES

Our client is seeking a Head Chef/Kitchen Manager for its Leeds Restaurant.
Serving a branded menu comprised of dishes from the orient and Asian fusion, they are seeking a Head Chef with excellent training and management skills, with a strong branded restaurant background, preferably in a similar environment.

The Head Chef will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen management, and for ensuring that all preparation and final service is in line with the brand standards.

In return, they are offering a competitive salary, excellent working conditions including straight shifts, and a performance related bonus.
