Our client, based in the heart of Leeds, has provided a search service to many professional services clients for the last decade. They have a hard working and successful culture. They specialise in niche market recruitment and handle both retained and contingency assignments.
They are wishing to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to work as part of the Technical Search team. The aim of the role is to map, search, headhunt and place candidates within Technical niche sectors, understanding the requirements and needs of the clients and ensuring that all candidates receive the highest possible customer services at all times.
You will be responsible for developing the database, selling the services of our client to local and national business and achieving both activity and financial targets set.
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and think around problems is essential.
