I am a single working parent looking for a property to rent in either kirkstall or bramley in leeds,
I would need at least 1 garden and a school near by,
I have been with my current landlord for 5yrs i am only leaving him due to my area change,
I would not be able to pay a full bond up front but can stagger payments over a few months.
