Hi thanks for reading this, but if you are a landlord who wants to rent out there 2 bed house or flat then please help. we are a couple with 1 child (age 8)and a cat who are looking for a property in the wakefield areas, we currently live in a pub (which i work in) but as the current financial climate worsens it looks like the pub is going to be shut down, thus leaving us homeless
I have already sorted out employement in the wakefield area and my partner works full time so there would be no dss, the only consideration that we would ask from you is to be able to pay the bond/rent in advance over a 2 week period, we would be ready to move into a property tomorrow if 1 was to become available..
