My client based in the Harrogate area seek a switched on and dedicated Deputy to join their busy and demading team.

Job Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Harrogate, Knaresborough & Ripon
Salary: £TBC
My client who is well established in the local area and is continuously graded as excellent by CSCI seek a deputy Manager to join their team.

Responsible to the Registered Manager and the Care
Director duties will include:

Attend reviews and staff meetings.
Ensure all Health & Safety legislation is adhered to and report as necessary
Assist in the co-ordination and maintenance of the home.
Maintain and adjust case files appropriately
Report all untoward incidents to the line manager
Organise staff rotas and report any gaps to the registered manager.
You will also be part of the on call rota system
