Food and Beverage Manager Hull up to £24,000

Job Description
Responsible for the full food and hot beverage offer within the bingo club
Lead and motivate the team to provide the highest levels of service
Adhering to company standards and policies at all times
Focus on customer service standards on the site
Comply with all Health and Safety regulations
Ensure all weekly checks, stock measurements and formalities are completed
Report into the General Manager on site
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary of between £18,000 - £24,000 per annum dependent upon the site and experience Working 5 days out of every 7 per week

Required Experience
The ideal candidate will already be within a similar Food and Beverage Management role within a food court, service station, sandwich/coffee retail outlet, food retail operation, counter service food and beverage establishment, contract catering or restaurant environment.
Our client does not offer table service within their clubs, the customers will serve themselves on site. As the sites have a separate Bar Manager, successful candidates do not need to hold their personal licence.
You must be able to demonstrate Profit and Loss accountability and examples of activities you have been involved in with your employer to increase your bottom line, including local marketing strategies.
