Leeds Demons are a newly formed basketball club based in Leeds city centre. Sessions are held at The Forum Leisure Centre, Quarry Hill, Leeds.

Thursday Evenings: 8pm - 10pm
Saturday Mornings: 9am - 12am

Sessions include sport specific fitness, skills, drills and games.

Sessions are open to anyone 16 years +.

Run by Qualified Level 2 EBBA Basketball Coach + Exercise Specialist.
