Hey

I am a single working mum. I am looking for a house to rent in the Moortown/Roundhay/Chapel Allerton areas of Leeds. I am hoping to start this lease in January so its a few months ahead, but i like to be organised.

I am looking for a 2 bedroom house, though i may consider a ground floor 2 bedroom flat. I am hoping for somewhere with a garden, though i may consider without if it is a nice property.

I would prefer the property to be unfurnished as i have my own furniture.

The most important feature i want from this property is the area, as i want to be close to friends and family.

I can provide references from my current landlord. I am never late with rent payment and i am a very tidy person and keep a good house. I do not smoke and i have no pets.

I currently work part time so i have a small contribution of my rent paid by housing benefit, though i pay the majority. So i need a landlord that will accept this temporary until i go back to work full time when my son starts nursery.
