Administration Assistant/ with some Lettings Negotiator work
To work as Assistant to the General Manager of a busy Lettings Agency in its day-to-day administrative operations. You will aid in the preparation of Tenancy Agreements, the updating of Property Inventories and assist with payment runs to Landlords and chasing outstanding rents from tenants. This is a very exciting role, with the scope to grow and develop in a company that is going places both locally and nationally.
The role will also involve doing some viewings in Bradford for potential tenants which has the opportunity to earn extra commission (£50 per property rented!)
Job Specification :-
- Carry out daily forwarding of rental leads, and staff emails.
- Handling / Filing of Sensitive Data
- Prepare Tenancy Agreements
- Prepare Monthly Remittance Statements & carry out Credit Control procedures
- Handle & Update Office Information/Booking Boards
- Liaise with Maintenance Contractors/Landlords & Tenants regarding Repairs
- Prepare and sort Post
- Taking payments via Card Processing
- Assist with and carry out Inventories (Training Provided)
- Act as a first point of contact for the Company.
- View Bradford Properties
- Upload properties to Website/Take pictures, etc.
The Candidate :-
The ideal candidate must have a driving license, be experienced in the field of Office Administration & Support Services (knowledge of Lettings Procedures an advantage, but not a requirement).
We are look for a hands-on conscientious person, who likes working as part of a small team. Commitment to developing key processes, and a willingness to giving the best Customer Service possible teamed with above-average I.T. skills are a must.
Salary Circa 12,000 to £14,000.
