Situated in heart of the city, this contemporary hotel is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
With over 100 bedrooms, this fantastic property has a recently re-branded restaurant, and large scale banqueting and conference facilities for over 350.

The successful candidate will:

- have a proven track record at Sous Chef level in 3 or four Star establishments.
- have banqueting experience of over 400 covers.
- have excellent people and training skills.
- have proven kitchen management skills in all areas.
